Start with our Align Program as I work through whole-body movements to help with aches, pains, tension, and tightness that you may be struggling with. This program provides you with exercises, alignment tips, foam rolling techniques and stretches to help you get back to feeling your best.

Get all the benefits of the Align Program plus our On Demand Workouts, a LIVE Monthly Zoom Class, and weekly Recipe Guides. We will also provide you with tips to help you feel your best in each phase of your menstrual cycle, so that you understand how you should be working out through your cycle.
